Control of the Guild's affairs is invested in an elected Committee
comprising of a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and three members.
A quorum shall be not less than four Committee members, posts being
effective from the end of the Annual General Meeting and without
remuneration.
Posts may be held for up to three years. At least one of the specified
members and one other shall resign each year whence they may stand
for re-election.
Only Ordinary members, including the Chairman may vote at General
Meetings.
The Guild has no brochure
but relies upon the website to provide all relevant information
and to provide examples of its work and aims.
The Guild is unable to
accept subscriptions and donations via the Internet. An application for membership can downloaded from the introduction to the Guild on the Home Page or from the Membership Secretary, Grev Lyons telephone 01270 212993 who will forward the documents to you by surface
mail.
