| THE PATRON PROJECT |
Displayed
below is a list of dates and venues where Guild exhibitions are staged
throughout the year. If you click on the blue
text in the second column
it will link to the website of that particular venue and give details
of the attractions there. The yellow box to the right is the post code;
and this is also a link, which will take you to the Bing multimap of
that particular post code. You could alternatively place the post code
into a sat nav. Do try and attend as many of these venues as you are
able; where you can sometimes see in excess of 40 different scale model
horse drawn vehicles displayed - similar to those shown in the banner
at the top of this page.
This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a grand day out for anyone who has
an interest in model making at a very high standard and also the history
and diversity of these fascinating vehicles. We love chatting and sharing
our knowledge with visitors at these events, and should you wish to do so,
we would love to meet you! As many of these venues are held at county fairs,
agricultural and woodworking shows, museums and stately homes, there is an
opportunity to see very many other crafts and things of interest.
Please let me know if any of the links to the Show Venues below are not working correctly.
You do not have to display models to come and help on our stands |
NB:
Dates in parenthesis are set-up days |
If a GOMW venue has to be canceled for
any reason, (adverse weather, no exhibitors etc.), or there is a change
of venue date, then this will be shown in the above list. It is therefore
prudent to check this page just before you plan to travel to any of
these events. |
